The Cliffs- Summerlin Village is Now Under Construction 

It's been nearly 11 years since Summerlin has broken ground on a new community development, (the last community was The Mesa in 2004) and just last week (June 10th) Howard Hughes Corporation turned over new dirt in the community now called the The Cliffs. Located near Hualapai and  Patrick, at the southernmost end of Summerlin near Bishop Gormand High School, this community encompasses Faiss Middle School and Wet & Wild Water Park just off Ft. Apache at Warm Springs. Summerlin Master planned community is a 25,000 acre community, with over 100,000 residents that started construction in1990. With an expectation of housing more than 100,000 more residents before the project is complete, they are excited to build 40,000 more homes and 11 more villages (neighborhoods).
