Currently there are 751 contingent and pending home sales in Centennial Hills, with 347 sales last month alone; it's an under valued area. We have an 8 week or less inventory. With only 732 available homes on the market, and homes selling at a 52% rate of closing last month, there is less than a 7 week available inventory in the Centennial Hills Area. Currently there are 475 homes under contact that are considered traditional sales with an additional 188 short sales under contract, and 382 homes that sold in the past 30 days.
