There are currently 704 active homes for sale in the Centennial Hills Community of Las Vegas Valley. Currently there are 751 contingent and pending home sales in Centennial Hills, with 347 sales last month alone; it's an under valued area. We have an 8 week or less inventory. It is a powerful seller's market in this area. 

With the tremendous demand, it's a great time to sell, and buyers need to consider buying before prices increase. We need to be aggressive in this area and make an offer before the Summer buying season kicks into full swing. Prices generally increase and demand increases once Summer hits and the kids are no longer in school.

Centennial Hills Las Vegas Real Estate Market Update

November 2014

Centennial Hills Las Vegas Real Estate Market Update: It’s the end of year, and that means  builder close outs, huge savings, call for details and let us help find you a real deal, we are here to help! Motivated sellers and deals are available, let’s unwrap this awesome real estate gift.

With 293 active homes for sale in Centennial Hills, 157  homes listed under contract/ contingent & pending, 71 properties closed last month, we see a slight slowing in the area, and that’s generally expected this time of year.

We are watching new construction starts, as land purchase prices are approximately at $400,000 an acre, this will impact Centennial Hills area. Builders won’t be able to pass the same cost off to buyers as they can in Summerlin and Green Valley. We feel the construction starts will slow for this reason in the area. The Skye Canyon community is moving along with lots of offsite builds and will continue well into 2015. Build projects with land already purchased will continue to do well with build outs. If the land is already purchased, the builders won’t get hit with the rising prices, but they still may pass on the costs to the purchaser.

Centennial Hills residents will be happy to know the flood control project is very close to finishing, expected completion is January 2015.
