Centennial Hills Las Vegas Real
Estate Market Update: It’s the end of year, and that means builder close outs, huge savings, call for
details and let us help find you a real deal, we are here to help! Motivated
sellers and deals are available, let’s unwrap this awesome real estate gift.
With 293 active homes for sale in
Centennial Hills, 157 homes listed under
contract/ contingent & pending, 71 properties closed last month, we see a
slight slowing in the area, and that’s generally expected this time of year.
We are watching new construction starts,
as land purchase prices are approximately at $400,000 an acre, this will impact
Centennial Hills area. Builders won’t be able to pass the same cost off to
buyers as they can in Summerlin and Green Valley. We feel the construction
starts will slow for this reason in the area. The Skye Canyon community is moving
along with lots of offsite builds and will continue well into 2015. Build projects
with land already purchased will continue to do well with build outs. If the land
is already purchased, the builders won’t get hit with the rising prices, but
they still may pass on the costs to the purchaser.
Centennial Hills residents will
be happy to know the flood control project is very close to finishing, expected
completion is January 2015.
Thank you so much for watching.
