only 732 available homes on the market, and homes selling at a 52% rate of
closing last month, there is less than a 7 week available inventory in the Centennial
Hills Area. This is great for home sellers in the area, because demand is high
and inventory is low. If you are considering

there are 475 homes under contact that are considered traditional sales with an
additional 188 short sales under contract, and 382 homes that sold in the past
30 days. If you are a home buyer considering a move to the area, now is the
time to get in on the market before rates increase and affordability drops.

in the 89149, 89131 and areas around Providence are brisk and busier than in
the Summerlin community (if you can believe that!) The area has some of the best
values in the Las Vegas valley; prices must move upward with this kind of
