Interest rates are at historic rates, with inflation, it’s like “Free Money.”

Interest rates are at an all-time low, the lowest they have been in 23months! It’s a great time to purchase, sell and purchase or refinance. Last week we had a 15 year loan close under 3% at 2.75%! Interest rates are at historic rates, with inflation, it’s like “Free Money.” If inflation is at 2-2.2% you are just barely paying over inflation if you can get locked into a 2.75% interest rate. That’s just a half point above inflation.

With the 23 month low, the Federal Reserve is likely to increase rates again early summer, likely in June, don’t miss out!

New Construction

There are lots of new home developments under construction in the Summerlin area. Dave Radcliffe and his team have been selling homes off the West end near Gorman High School area (Russell and Hualapai) and at the West end of Alta, there are at least 8 new home builders constructing new homes with pretty incredible views in the area.

Downtown Summerlin continues to open new stores, and new restaurants. Lazy Dog Restaurant just opened the Farmers Market is open for business on Saturdays and , Gelato Messina, and Ribs & Burgers, and CREAM (Cookies Rule Everything Around Me) are all part of the latest growth. Californian pizza kitchen introduced happy hour, and Andiron Steak & Sea celebrated their opening with a ribbon cutting

1,000 homes went into contract in one week (just 3 weeks ago) it’s a huge increase over the usual sales for the area. Spring is here in Las Vegas, the temperatures are heating up and the market is moving quickly.

Active/Available Homes in Summerlin: 574 active Single Family Residence homes for sale, 281 contingent/pending, and 135 homes sold in last 30 days.

We are increasing our area update to include a broader area: West to 89166, Southeast 89149 and North 89143.


Sold Homes

Available Homes

With less than a 30 day inventory, it is a very brisk market up here in the Centennial Hills Area. Search Centennial Hills area (zip codes 89166, 89149, 89131, 89130) for available homes now. We are seeing some of the best values in the valley with big hones, lower prices, and infrastructure with schools and shopping.

Land & Investment


Keep in mind the Radcliffe Group sells both Residential and Investment Real Estate, and we are seeing lots of investment activity in the purchase of land, North of Sky Canyon (off the 95 highway). Lots of investor activity means it’s not the bottom of the market up here anymore, but there is still time to purchase and, this is where the heavy hitting investors are purchasing.
