We are increasing our area update to include a broader area: West to 89166,
Southeast 89149 and North 89143.
Sold Homes
1000 homes went into contract in one week (just 2 weeks ago)
it’s a huge increase over the usual sales for the area. Spring is her in Las Vegas,
the temperatures are heating up and the market is moving quickly.
Active/Available
Homes in Centennial Hills: 854 active Single
Family Residence homes for sale, 704
contingent/pending (lot of these are short sales); and 315 homes sold in last
30 days.
Available Homes
With less than a 30
day inventory, it is a very brisk market up here in the Centennial Hills Area. Search

Hills area (zip codes 89166, 89149, 89131, 89130) for
available homes now. We are seeing some of
the best values in the valley with big hones, lower prices, and infrastructure
with schools and shopping.
Land & Investment
Keep in mind the Radcliffe

of investment activity in the purchase of land, North of Sky Canyon (off the 95
highway). Lots of investor activity means it’s not the bottom of the market up
