Market Update--- Summerlin Update: Great things are happening. Lots of
new stores, personal services and lots of new restaurants in Downtown
Sumemerlin that opened early October.
New home builders are booming right in the area, with lots of construction taking place.
Summerlin Market Statistics: 397 active properties, 159 contingent
properties on the market and 98 sold last month. September was a bit
slower, with the return of kids to school. With an average square
footage of 2020, there is an average selling price of $316,000 sales
price, that's $153 per square foot. There is only an average days on
market of 23 days, it's a great time to close on a home in the area.
