Track his progress… Santa will be here before you know it, well at least once the kids have visions of sugarplums dancing in their heads…

Santa is on his way, Las Vegas!

Track his progress… Santa will be here before you know it, well at least once the kids have visions of sugarplums dancing in their heads…

Track Santa Here: http://www.noradsanta.org/
I know as a kid it was always a big deal to my siblings and I to know we made it to the “good list” and just couldn’t wait for Santa’s arrival. I liked to sleep-in (I wasn’t much of a morning person) (my Dad agreed, sleeping in was a good idea), whereas my 4 siblings (and Mom) liked to rise before the sun. Mom and Dad’s heads would have often just hit their pillows when the first of my siblings would awake and make sure the entire house was ready for the unwrapping extravaganza. It was a big deal. Now with 11 nieces and nephews I see Santa’s arrival from a different perspective (from the eyes of a child) and I don’t mind the missed sleep quite as much.  With stops in 3 states (Idaho, California, and Nevada) for my family I know it’s a big deal to know when Mr. Clause will arrive. When I lived in Colorado Springs, I learned of NORAD, the North American Aerospace Defense Command (a United States and Canada bi-national organization who monitors aerospace warnings and is in charged of aerospace control for North America) that has a base that sits above a hilltop on the outskirts of town and tracks Santa’s delivery stops, kind of like tracking a FEDEX package during the holidays.  You too can track Santa's journey and his progress, as he circles the globe, and see his expected arrival time to Las Vegas. Hopefully you made it to the good list, and he will be stopping by tonight. Be sure to leave the cookies and milk by the fireplace, Santa will be leaving treats for all the good little boys and girls.

By the way, does anyone know if Santa eating gluten free theses days?

Utah vs. Colorado State - Royal Purple Las Vegas Bowl

Price: Tickets range from $35 - $120

12:30 PM, Saturday, December 20, 2014
Sam Boyd Stadium at UNLV: 7000 East Russell Road, Las Vegas, NV 89122

Who will it be? It’s the Royal Purple Las Vegas Bowl at the UNLV Sam Boyd Stadium: Utah vs. Colorado State: The (8-4 ranked) Utah Utes face off against the (10-2 ranked) Colorado State Rams in the Royal Purple Las Vegas Bowl! Will the Utes show as the true kings of Los Angeles? Thrilling last-minute wins at UCLA and home to USC suggest they most certainly are. The Rams’ offense ranked 13th nationally while averaging 498 yards per game, and that helped fuel a nine-game winning streak- not bad! A comeback victory at Boston College helped unleash that tear. And a win against in-state rival Colorado to kick off the season is always a big deal in Fort Collins. So who will you be cheering on? Colorado or Utah?

So what is the Las Vegas Bowl? It will be the 23rd edition of the game, which is now the 16th-oldest bowl in the FBS lineup. Owned and operated by ESPN Events, the Royal Purple Las Vegas Bowl has been held each December since 1992, and boasted sold-out attendance in seven of the last nine years at Sam Boyd Stadium. Annually hosting the top choice from the Mountain West vs. a Pacific-12 Conference opponent, last year's game attracted the second-biggest crowd to see a team sporting event in state history as 42,178 fans watched No. 25 USC defeat No. 20 Fresno State 45-20 on ABC TV. The 2014 Las Vegas Bowl features the champion or first selection from the Mountain West (MW) against the sixth selection from the Pacific-12 Conference (Pac-12).

Don’t be unrepresented when purchasing a New Home!

Don’t go out and buy a new home unrepresented,

it’s like going out naked and walking into a bar.

Don’t be unrepresented when purchasing a New Home!

The Builder Representative will see you coming and vulnerable. The Builder Rep. works for the builder, not you. Builders have a single price policy, but they don’t have to offer incentives or give you a Christmas present. There’s a benefit to you to use an agent. It’s free to use a Realtor, so take advantage of it and have someone represent your needs, not the builders. I can help. But it’s important I visit the community and model homes with you on your first visit, otherwise the builder may not allow me to represent you.

After 24 plus years in the business, we have a good working relationship with the builders. We know the Las Vegas, Summerlin, Centennial Hills, and Henderson communities and neighborhoods, comparison properties nearby, incentives, inventory available in the specific community you are interested in, neighboring communities and what might be available immediately as a builder closeout or spec home.

The New Home Builders have a fiscal and calendar year end reporting (because they are publicly traded) so they often offer year end pricing discounts! I’m familiar with the incentives, financing specials, upgrades and discounts. Allow us to help you find your next home or the new home of your dreams at no cost to you! Please call me before you walk into the next new home community unrepresented, naked and vulnerable!
