The Builder Representative will see you coming and vulnerable. The Builder Rep. works for the builder, not you. Builders have a single price policy, but they don’t have to offer incentives or give you a Christmas present. There’s a benefit to you to use an agent. It’s free to use a Realtor, so take advantage of it and have someone represent your needs, not the builders. I can help. But it’s important I visit the community and model homes with you on your first visit, otherwise the builder may not allow me to represent you.
