Stoney's will be rockin' with Country and HOT FIREFIGHTERS this Thursday, May 19th, 2016  as the bachelors will be kicking up their heels at the meet and greet in preparation for the Bachelor Auction on June 3rd, 2016. The auction is a fundraiser that supports the 'The Firefighters of Southern Nevada Burn Foundation' that "consists of fire department active personnel from Las Vegas Fire & Rescue, Clark County, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Nellis Air Force Base Fire Departments and NV National Security Site Fire & Rescue." 

The Southern Nevada Burn Foundation works with Kids burned in fires who are treated at the UMC Burn Unit to help them get in a more comfortable situation as a burn victim because burns are a lifelong injury that must be treated for years to come. The Radcliffe Group believes in supporting local firefighters and the causes they support. There are currently 704 active homes for sale in the Centennial Hills Community of Las Vegas Valley. Currently there are 751 contingent and pending home sales in Centennial Hills, with 347 sales last month alone; it's an under valued area. We have an 8 week or less inventory. It is a powerful seller's market in this area. 

With the tremendous demand, it's a great time to sell, and buyers need to consider buying before prices increase. We need to be aggressive in this area and make an offer before the Summer buying season kicks into full swing. Prices generally increase and demand increases once Summer hits and the kids are no longer in school.

Centennial Hills community neighbors The Skye Canyon community and has available homes for sale; Skye Canyon Master Planned Community butts up to the North end of The Summerlin Community of Providence. Great builders are in the area with many floor-plans to choose from.
