Summerlin Master Planned Community

New Homes and Development

Homes are at high demand and for sale in The Summerlin community, located on the western side of Las Vegas Valley, adjacent to the Red Rock Conservation area is continuing to grow. Summerlin community is now 25 years old, with a population of 100,000+ residents, and growing to a projected 200,000 residents. It is a wonderful place to live.
