Pardee Homes Announces New Home Development in Skye Canyon Master Planned Community

 New Home Builder Announced in Skye Canyon, Las Vegas

The Skye Canyon one of Las Vegas' newest Master Planned communities in over 10 years by the Olympia group, has recently announced a new home builder has joined the family of homes under construction. Pardee Homes will be the final builder to join the neighborhood growth for phase one.  The below map shows where Pardee Homes will be located off Skye Canyon Park Drive and Grand Canyon Drive.


Fall 2016- Pardee Homes in Skye Canyon will offer 190 new single family homes in two communities, with up to 4 bedrooms, lofts, and up to four bathrooms with 3 bay garages and single and two story model home floor plans. With floor plans that range from 2500-3500 square feet, there is a floor plan that will fit your lifestyle needs as Pardee has an exclusive SmartGen suite designed for multi-genrational living.

With six single and two story floor plans to choose from, Pulte Homes' The Evergreen Community has Las Vegas homes ranging in the mid $300K ($342,880-$419,880)  for single family homes of 2,455-3,820+ Square foot with 3-5 Bedrooms, and 2.5-3.5 Bathrooms and 3 car garages. 165 sites will be built in the no SIDS, gated community.




Woodside Homes at Skye Canyon, will have two subdivisions, Teton Falls & Teton Cliffs, and is known for their trademark "better by design" and energy efficient homes and will build 98 + 111 home-sites with floor-plans ranging from 3-6 bedrooms, with 2.5-5 bathrooms and 2,069 to 3,707 Square foot, with prices that range from $318,990 to $396,990.






Sales Date- Just released! Century will be building two neighborhoods: Alpine Crossings and Whisper Peak with the addition of 204 homes.

New lots will be released for sale in mid- January 2016. With "distinctive and fresh home designs", Century Communities will build single-family homes with floor plans ranging from 1,700 to 3,600 square feet. With homes starting at $360,000 int he Alpine Neighborhood, there will be one and two story floor plans available with 3-5 bedrooms.Whisper Peak neighborhood will feature homes starting at $270,000 with single and two story homes that range form 3-6 bedrooms.
