available for sale in Summerlin, with 320 of them under contract; there were
176
sales last month. That means we are nearly doubling last month’s statistics
of under contract/ sold home statistics based on current properties under
contract in the Summerlin area. Inventory is tight and there are multiple
offers on properties when the home is priced correctly, the inventory is not
