America's Night Out Against Crime- Leave a Light On

National Night Out- Evey homeowner is concerned about the safety and well being of their family and choosing the right neighborhood when considering your next home purchase is a big decision. Local police departments are coming together with residents, on August 4th, 2015 as a way to connect and create a sense of community while providing neighbors with information to keep your family, home and community as a place you feel comfortable to call home. As a retired police officer, David Radcliffe, Las Vegas Realtor, is passionate about helping you feel right at home in the safe neighborhood that you choose. Search for Las Vegas Homes Now! Attending a National Night Out Event is a great way to see Las Vegas communities in action.

National Night Out events are designed to: Heighten crime and drug prevention awareness; Generate support for local anti-crime programs; and Provide an event for community members to convene and learn how to protect their neighborhoods.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department will partner with neighbors from around the Las Vegas Valley to host the community-based program that began with residents leaving their porch lights on and grew into a national show of neighborhood unity.

Active and Retired Military- Important BAH & Retirement Benefits Update and How it Affects Your Home Ownership

Many military folks are considering getting out or retiring. I just had a good friend, a Group Commander, decide to retire and he had a big career ahead of him. Congress is after you benefits again, and are looking at doing away with the Dual Spouse BAH (Basic Allowance for Housing).
