Our fire and rescue service personnel are busy protecting our city. Dave Radcliffe is busy helping them protect their retirement and real estate investments.

Dave Radcliffe of the Radcliffe Group of Keller Williams Realty Southwest Las Vegas, was recently on location in front of Las Vegas Fire and Rescue Station 48 located at 9133 W. Elkhorn Road, Las Vegas, NV 89149 between Aurora Star Street, North Campbell Road and North Fort Apache Road, with a Las Vegas real estate fire update. 

Home values have been on the rise and are appreciating; there has been a moderate uptake in home values, with a 3-5% gain (and more in areas like Summerlin, Anthem, Green Valley and Southern Hills). Mortgage rates are stable, and at a 20 month low. With rates dropping to 3.25% for FHA and 3.75% for conventional loans, it’s a great time to purchase refinance, or structure a retirement plan, a move up, or consider cutting the costs of home ownership. 

The Radcliffe group is here to help you with your home ownership plan. “We understand the department may be going through staffing changes” as Dave was recently quoted saying “a ton of my friends are retiring at Las Vegas Metro Police Department, sergeants are getting promoted and there is a lot of movement within the force.
